We'll explore accurate piecing and pressing techniques, color placement, adding borders, discuss binding techniques and even show you how you can get a second smaller quilt out of the leftovers from your bigger quilt project. Use pre-cut strips and a strip-piecing method for easy sewing and cutting the 60 degree triangles. Don’t let all those triangles scare you away, Sharon has a great quick and easy method for you to use as you create your masterpiece. KALEIDOSCOPE TEACHER: SHARON SEBROW Beginners with knowledge of half-square triangles are welcome. Fussy cut novelty fabrics are the star of this quilt. Framed out and set in a stylized frame created by kaleidoscope blocks. Use Sharon's Smart-Plate technique to transform simple basic blocks to create a stunning quilt.
